TERMS OF SERVICE
BASIC T.O.S:
-Payment expected within 24hrs
-Payoneer only for USD payments
-Artwork cannot be used commercially, or claimed as your own (unless commercial right has been allowed)

In Depth T.O.S:Payment and Purchasing
-All prices are listed in USD and Payment must be made through Payoneer Invoice.
-Payment must be received and paid upfront within 24 hours.
-If payment isn't received within the 24 hour time-frame, the commission is canceled
-If you pay for additional art, I will not start working on the piece until I receive the payment to said additional art.
-Additional characters in a piece will cost 100% of the commission type.
- If purchasing NSFW art from me, you must be 18 years of age or older, if news gets to me that you aren't- your money will be refunded immediately and you will be banned from commissioning me in the future.
-I'll ask you to note me your email after confirming your purchase claim.
-After payment has been cleared, you will always receive a shaded and a flat version of the commission as well as a transparent background version.
- No Refunds.
-Payment must be confirmed first before you’ll receive the shaded, flat and transparent file of the art piece.

Workflow Process
- I work best when allowed creative freedom to construct an illustration using the characters you supply. If you have a certain setting or stance in mind, I'm glad to replicate it, but please be prepared for some variation.
- Estimated date to completion. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.
-Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than roughly 1 to 3 weeks. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 90 days of ordering, I will issue a full refund.
- Works in Progress (WIPS). Certain commission types may or may not include a sketch approval stage. I will send any wips to the commissioner
- Revisions and edits. If the commission type includes a sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.
-After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.
-If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
- I can post the art piece on my social media, unless told otherwise.
